The Incorporation Act

The Incorporation Act will outline legislation that provides a skeletal structure for mission-driven organizations. Examples (but not limited to):

  1. Brotherhoods
  2. Carson Cooperatives
  3. Corporations
  4. Political Parties
  5. Geographically bound organizations, such as Boroughs, Neighbourhoods, & Districts

Brotherhoods and Carson's Cooperatives helped respective cities industrialize quickly.

Political Parties in Commonwealth did a great job onboarding newfriends (ie, LogicQuality's Charity Party)

To replicate past successes it should be a good idea to provide a boilerplate of good ideas and best practices. This act will not address businesses, organizations, and cooperatives that wish to run themselves privately and informally. As a result, this act should outline the key benefits of incorporating as a public organization.
